EX-OFFENDERS
OUR STORY
In 2019, PSR Group expanded its offering to support clients by launching Build a Career which was born out of the desire to support employers fill the ever-growing skills gaps through engaging with social mobility initiatives to support those socially disadvantaged cohorts into sustained employment.
As a candidate-driven market, many companies are feeling the effects of the shift from Brexit in the hiring landscape. There’s a lot of pressure from employers to consider updating their recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain candidates. The entire hiring process has changed dramatically and now is the time for firms to look into new hiring practices.
We specialise in hiring specific industry talent and support employers across the UK with Section 106 Agreements, delivery of skills, employment and Corporate Social Responsibility KPIs through:
-
Refugee Displaced Talent
-
Domestic Violence Survivors
-

Licence (ROTL) -
Ex-Offenders (male & female)
-
Service Leavers
-
Care Leavers
-
Early Careers
-
Homeless and more!
